Product return: Possible within 14 days of ordering. We would appreciate your prompt notification and stating the reason for the return.
Return conditions: We will refund the money after receiving and inspecting the goods. The goods and their packaging must be in the same condition as when received. If defects are found on the clothes during inspection, the return will be refused.
Product exchange: It is carried out within 14 days of the order, if the clothing is received in good condition. The buyer pays the shipping fee for the exchange.
Exclusion: If the clothing had a manufacturing defect or malfunction.
Requirements for returned items:
The item has not been used (including for photo/video shooting) and has retained its retail condition.
The clothes haven't been washed.
There are no stains, foundation, etc. on the clothes.
The product has a label, sticker, tag, etc. All labels, stickers, tags must not be torn or cut off from the product.
If the above points are not met, the item cannot be returned/exchanged.
